JUNIOR CHURCH

All children and young people are welcome.

Juniors and Teenagers

All the teaching is Bible based, following set lessons with stories, activities and discussion.

Children and young people join in the first part of the worship service and then leave to continue their own session in one of the classrooms.

At present we do not have a pre-school group in Junior Church but there are several members of the congregation who would be ready to be with the children or to help any parent with small children. Parents or helpers may sit with the children at the back of the church where soft toys are provided on the carpet.

NB All who work with children in the church are security cleared.

All of these young people are part of the Junior Church and continue to expand their knowledge of the Bible and the Christian faith.

At their confirmation in September they made promises of commitment to the Christian life of worship and service, seeking the help of God's Spirit to follow Jesus in daily life so as to be witnesses to the Good News that God reveals in Christ.
